1) Accept 30 days Exchange only, No Refunds. Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception!
2) If you received a DOA (damage on arrival) item, you must take pictures on the damages of the item and its packing box/bag, and email us within 48 hours to get approval for replacement.
