Vintage French apothecary jar in clear blue glass with glassy white porcelain enamel tag; very vibrant reflective gold frame with black and red border enhance the black lettering. Comes with its original tin cap. This chemist bottle was for
PIP: CUBEB: P:" (piper cubeba = cubeb pepper); u
sed as a medicinal plant until the early 1900s to
address minor inflammation.

lass bottle is in excellent condition, with no wear (no cracks, no chips, no nicks). The tin cap/lid has some minor
dents and minor discoloration of the gold and red stripes. Circa very early 1900s.
Bottle measures 7.5 inches tall (8.5 inches tall with cap on); base has a diameter of 3.25 inches; the opening has a diameter of 1.25 inches. Please review all photos.
