    Vintage Apothecary Jars/Bottles, w/ Faceted Stoppers
    POT BICARB
    Label under glass cover
    "PAT'D MRCH 6TH 1894 ST. LOUIS, MO" embossed on bottom
    Approx. 8 1/2" tall, 2 3/4" square base
    Sold as is.  Examine photos carefully for condition.  Note that there are several diagonal cracks showing in label cover glass, although the label is, nonetheless, firmly attached to the jar.  One nearly identical jar previously sold arrived at the buyer with the cover glass and label having popped off during shipment.  I understand that these are glued on to the bottles and the expansion/contraction during flight due to temperature change and the old glue loosening sometimes causes this. I offered to refund on return of the item, but the buyer wanted to keep the bottle, reporting that he simply re-glued the label/glass to the jar.
