    LUTTED'S COUGH DROPS Etched Glass Apothecary Globe Jar 1870-1890 Old Drug Store. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Jar has 3 condition issues as shown in pictures. Chip out of the lip and 2 small cracks. Body glows green when black light is applied. Jar body has 2 mold seams. Base has 3. The lid is etched and fitted to the jar sometime after 1940. The stopper glass does not glow green as the body it only appears clear. This is a very rare Apothecary jar. Stands about 10 3/4" high with lid. Man I purchased from said he bought in New York at least 50 years ago. He was traveling for work and found a drug store that was closing down. He bought the entire contents of the store.
