    Description

    A great blast from the past.  The details:
    Medical apothecary owned by Dr. Frances Earl Brown, surgeon in WWI (practiced in Los Angeles after the war)
    Clear glass with green signage:  Applicators
    Glass is 7" tall, 4" diameter at base
    Lid is chromed and has some dents (please see photos)
    Made in U.S.A.
    Bottom/base has G E M and USA, but do not know manufacturer's name
    No chips, cracks or crazing
    Manufacturing flaws on bottom of glass
    Very good to excellent vintage item
    This was stored in one of the many trucks of the old family home we cleared out.  Old Doc Brown's entire estate was left in the basement including all his medical bags with some very interesting medical instruments.  We will list many of these items once the "dust settles".  Thanks for looking.
