Vintage Ravenhead England 9 1/2" Tall Glass Jar Ground Stopper 6 Cup Capacity
This jar is from a basement cabinet in my late parents' house.  My brother and I do not recall this jar in use.
There are no cracks and no chips.  The glass is clear.

he frosting is missing in two spots as shown.  The frosting around the inside is complete near the top but incomplete lower down.  The seams are evident on the sides.  There are creases (not cracks) on the bottom.
Approximate measurements:
The jar is 8" tall without the stopper and 9.5" with the stopper.
The mouth of the jar is
3 1/4" in diameter and its waist is 4 1/8" in diameter.
The jar weighs 1 pound 13.9 ounces and lid weighs 6.7 ounces.
The jar holds 6 cups of cloudy (aerated) water as shown.
The bottom has the Ravenhead logo with the letter H to the left and number 4 to the right.
To be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
