Description
Wells, Richardson & Co. CEREAL MILK Bottle circa 1900. The company was located in Burlington, Vermont and was a large producer of patent medicine and food products. The product was touted as healthful to infants and adults and contained a mixture of pure cow's milk, pure milk sugar, selected wheat and barley malt. This nearly rectangular bottle measures 5" high x 3" wide and 2 1/2" depth and has an embossed metal screw on lid with a cow and sheaths of wheat. Excellent condition. (see photos).
